Jo qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1989. She was a Dental Tutor at Guy's Hospital London as well as nursing in the Maxillo-facial department, covering surgical reconstruction clinics, head and neck cancer, and cleft palate clinics. Jo is the general business manager of the practice and also coordinates the more complex treatments that the surgery offers. Jo is also the Safeguarding lead, and Health & Safety and Risk assessment coordinator. Jo gained her Diploma in Practice Management in 2007. In 2015 Jo went on to study Counselling and in 2019 gained an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Therapy.
